3 Cups Shelled Pecan Halves
1 Lg. or 2 Sm. Egg Whites, unbeaten
1 Cup Sugar
3 Level Tsp. Cinnamon
Mix the egg whites over pecans until absorbed. Sift sugar and cinnamon over all until covered. Place in a shallow pan in preheated oven 300 F, about 35 minutes. Toast until light brown. To keep crispness, let cool before packing.
