1 small bottle of liquid crab boil
1/2 of a large of lemon juice
about 10 shakes of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you want)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup melted butter
2-3 tbsp. of Tony Chachere's
Blend together in bowl, if you cant get it through your injector needle you may have to strain it. Keep the strained ingredients to boil your necks and gizzards for a gravy.
