1 box yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
2 cups sugar
3 or 4 bananas
8oz cream cheese
1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 or more cups chopped pecans
1 small can of coconut
Mix cake mix (use milk instead of water) Bake remove from oven, and make holes with wooden spoon. Heat crushed unsweetened pineapple with 2 cups of sugar, just until it boils. Then pour over the warm cake. Let the cake cool completely. Put sliced bananas on top of cake.
Mix 8oz cream cheese with 1 small box vanilla instant pudding and 2 cups of milk until thick. Spread over cake. Let it set in the ice box for about a hour.
Spread cool whip over pudding. Sprinkle with chopped pecans over the cool whip, then the coconut, store in the ice box.
