1 box Devil's Food cake mix
1 3-ounce box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon
1/2 cup of copped pecans
2 Butterfinger bars
2 Heath bars
1 Pack of M & M mini's
FILLING & ICING INGREDIENTS:
1 container of chocolate fudge icing
1 container of Philadelphia cream cheese (cheese cake flavor)
1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans
2 packs of M & M mini's
1 Butterfinger bar chopped fine
in a large bowl make cake mix as directions are on the box, add pudding, pecans, M & M's crush up butterfingers, heath bars and them to the mix the last step is adding the Bourbon. Mix batter well, divide batter into three 8-inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
**NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ALCOHOL INT THE CAKE HEAT A SMALL SAUCE PAN ON A HIGH HEAT FOR 1 MIN. ADD BOURBON COOK FOR 30 SECONDS THIS WILL COOK OFF THE ALCOHOL. **
FOR ICING: Mix icing and cream cheese until creamy add pecans and Butterfinger bar on top layer spread M&M mini's over top. DO NOT ICE CAKE LAYERS UNTIL THEY HAVE COOLED COMPLETELY.
