2 large onions, chopped fine
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and chopped
6 to 8 slices white bread
1 small can claw crab meat
1 stick oleo(Butter)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauté onion and bell pepper in oleo until soft. Add chopped shrimp, garlic, and 1 cup of chopped shallots. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add crab meat and approximately 6 to 8 slices of soft white bread torn in small pieces. Add mayonnaise to bring to a consistency that holds together in a 1/4 cup mound on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for about 20 to 30 minutes.
