2 Red Onions, chopped
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup Lobster Meat or Peeled Shrimp
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Stick Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauté onions in butter. Flour lobster pieces liberally, add to onions. Add sour cream, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened and serve over rice or in patty shells. A very rich, easy dish for company.
